This website collects as little as possible. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics. Below is what we do collect, and why.
Who we are
Zooh (zooh studio), Oliemolenstraat 5, 9203 ZN Drachten, the Netherlands, KvK 76997693, is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: info@zooh.eu.
The contact form
When you send a brief, we receive your name, company (optional), email address and message, plus the page you sent it from. It reaches us as an email and is used only to reply to you and, if we work together, for that project.
Visiting the website
- No cookies, no analytics and no advertising or social media trackers.
- Fonts and videos are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
- Like any web server, our host keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, time and page) for security and to keep the site running.
- To stop spam, the contact form keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for at most two hours.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by STRATO in Germany. Email runs on Google Workspace. Both act on our behalf and within the EU's data protection rules. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages that don't lead to work are deleted within two years. If we work together, project and invoicing records are kept as long as Dutch law requires (usually seven years).
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email info@zooh.eu; we reply within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
